Perry has consistently provided quick and affordable service on many of our hot tubs for years now. From hot tub cover replacements, to parts, to repairs - he has helped tremendously in making sure our vacation rental guests can use the #1 amenity that they look forward to the most! I went by the storefront in Gleneden Beach looking for a replacement knob and faceplate for a light. The lady working seemed angry that i wanted to purchase the product and install on my own spa. She insisted i have her husband come out and do it himself. Plus pay a service fee. She was very unwelcoming and angry. I would rather order online and wait the extra day then deal with them ever again.
Location looks like a junk yard. Blocking traffic views with no regard for their neighbors. Please tidy up!
We got our hot tub from Q+, and have been very pleased. Both from a technical and maintenance perspective, they've been very helpful. Can't wait to see their new showroom!
