I had my car window replaced at Quality Plus Auto Glass in Kennewick, WA and the experience was amazing! The staff were very friendly from the moment I walked in until the minute I left. I made my claim through insurance and they made the whole process quick and easy. The work was done fast, everything looked perfect, and I left feeling taken care of. Highly recommend them for any window repair or replacement!
Absolutely wonderful. I didn't have to do any back and forth between my insurance and them. I dealt with Crystal and she was fantastic. Super pleasant, very communicative, and positive. She explained everything before starting, checked in while working on my window. I will definitely continue as a customer with my windows. For sure recommend. Plus a pleasant and clean lobby to wait in.

On my way to work I took a rock to my laminated windshield. Not wanting it to spider out, I called and they got me in same day. Within 30 minutes of arriving, my windshield was done. Due to the nature of the windshield the chip is only slightly noticeable, but the technician warned me about it before hand. The price was right, they service was awesome, fast and wonderfully friendly. Highly recommend!
It’s the second time I’ve been here and it was just as amazing as the first. That’s why I came back! Very kind people and Krystal was super efficient at getting us an appointment the very next day after I called. My partner loved the customer service and ambience when she took the car in and we both loved the way it came out. I will never go anywhere else for my glass repairs.
