I had another great experience with Crystal at Quality Plus Auto Glass. She was able to get my windshield replacement scheduled for 8:00 AM on Monday, and it was completely finished by 11:00 AM. The whole process was smooth, fast, and stress-free. This is the second time I’ve worked with Crystal, and her service is truly beyond amazing. She’s professional, responsive, and makes everything incredibly easy from start to finish. I highly recommend asking for Crystal if you need auto glass work done!

On Wednesday, March 4, 2026, I went to Quality Plus Auto Glass for a replacement of the damaged windshield on my car. Ms. Crystal Diaz, owner and manager of the business greeted me personally. I had a great experience with Quality Auto Glass. They help get everything ready with my insurance, got the glass ordered and installed in a timely manner. They even clean all my windows and vacuumed my vehicle. They also gave me a ride home and picked me up when the vehicle was ready. Great customer service. Absolutely wonderful. I didn't have to do any back and forth between my insurance and them. I dealt with Crystal and she was fantastic. Super pleasant, very communicative, and positive. She explained everything before starting, checked in while working on my window. I will definitely continue as a customer with my windows. For sure recommend. Plus a pleasant and clean lobby to wait in.
