I have to say that their customer service is horrendous. I ordered a part for a flushometer and I called to inquire if I ordered the incorrect one. I initially spoke to Cathleen and she said she wasn't sure and would find out and get back to me. 4 days later, I hadn't heard nothing and I was told by Amber she was not there that day but would leave a message to return my call. Ordered 3 of the same parts. One of them was defective. We paid $200 for the plumber. Called Quality Supply, and they refused to replace the defective part and told me to contact manufacturer for the faulty part they supplied even when the warranty hasn't even started. Manufacturer told me to go back to them. The Manager Kathleen was rude and hanged-up the phone. We will have to pay for the plumber again.

Quality Plumbing Supply was the only online source we could find for a part we needed. I called to make sure they actually had the part and it wasn't a mistake. The young fella who answered was very courteous - said they should have 5 of the parts based on their computer inventory, but offered to go back to the warehouse to double check without me asking. They sure enough had it and we had the part in a few days. Quality plumbing and quality customer service!

Needed a Speakman shower valve and no one had the OEM Speakman valve. Speakman told me to call Quality Plumbing and use this PN instead. It's not a Speakman part but was in dire need to get shower back online. Called Quality and they were very helpful. The valve fit right in and working for over a week now. That is why I don't buy from Amazon. You can't get phone support like a small business. Amazon does sell this valve but it's 2x the cost. Thank you Quality Plumbing.
