The plumber from Quality Plumbing Services, Inc. was very knowledgeable. Another company told me to turn off water at the main, which I did. He turned it back on and could hear water coming in. He checked the basement faucets; they weren't frozen. The kitchen was still off, but the dishwasher worked! The upstairs also worked. He told me to keep the cabinet open and with all other faucets now working he thought that one would begin working. I left with one faucet frozen and when I got home many hours later it was working too.... read more
