Contracted Quality Pluming through HSA Home warranty, I called to confirm they would come out same day and if water heater was bad it would be replaced with same brand, same specs, i was assured it would be. They came out same day to let me know that the water heater was shot and needed replaced. The current water heater was a Rheem 40 gallon 40,000 BTU 12 year Professional ($900).
