Had to have a new gas valve put on my hot water heater. There were none in stock and they were scheduled to be manufactured later in the week. I was expecting to go a long weekend with no hot water. Got a call shortly after 8am on Friday that they were on their way. Had hot water shortly after. Today they came out to fix a backed up septic line. Again, prompt service.
