Shaun at Quality Plumbing is a fantastic tech along with being one of the nicer guys you will ever meet. I myself being in a customer service type capacity in my job on the HVAC side. It is refreshing to see a young men that goes the extra mile. Good job!

Quality Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, & Electric uses fixed pricing. To diagnose and replace one heating element was $672.00 on a $500.00 electric water heater. To refuse the repair the estimate cost $159.00. To refuse getting the estimate after they have shown up was $59.00. It is a cascading of fabricate obligations to open wide your check book. TALK ABLUT A RABBIT HOLE!!
Trevor and Justin did a fantastic job, they explained everything in detail and didn't over complicate anything, 2 young men who knew what they were doing!!
Make sure to call other competitors in the area. Quality shows up but they are on high side. I called a company out of strawberry plains and the quote was 75 percent less same day repair
