Put in new furnace and central air they put duct work in wrong the air was running between the ceiling and the floors upstairs my husband had to replace them all.
Do not use!! Mother's basement flooded so they came out to repair. Said it was fixed and basement flooded again. Now will not even return phone calls to an 80-something yr old lady or my son or husband! Is that a hint that they know they messed up and won't even own up to it! What a terrible way to do business! Very tactless and unprofessional!
Will never use again. Bought a house with a non working new AC unit. He said I had a $2000-$3000 repair/replace, got a second opinion and they fixed it for $100. The second plumber said the AC unit was just NEVER hooked up... Basically got blatantly lied to. ALWAYS get a second opinion people :)
