The technician did not want to get on the phone with Navien to troubleshoot. He claimed that because another plumber had been working on the house, he couldn’t make any representations to Navien, which is completely beside the point about trying to troubleshoot the issue we are having. He also said he didn’t want to have to sit on the phone for an hour waiting for tech support.
