Very good experience buying a car here. We travelled 2.5 hours to see a vehicle, which was as described / what we were looking for & good VFM. Farris made the whole experience very straightforward & was extremely accomodating. Would definitely buy from here again.
I’ve given 4 rather than 5 ONLY because I fetched the car today. My wife and I were pleased with Faris and the pleasant way in which he served us. Good strong handshake and an affable manner throughout the process. He was happy to look into details and follow up questions put to him. Warning – Avoid This Dealership I originally left a positive review after buying my Jeep Compass here, as the sales process felt smooth and friendly. Unfortunately, my experience since then has been extremely disappointing. When the media screen failed, I made three separate 60+ mile round trips (over 180 miles total) for the dealership to resolve it.
