Quality Pallet is a great company to work with. They manufacture most of their pallets on site and clearly take pride and quality and consistency. Their pallet repair and recycling program is impressive. They handle a huge volume and focus on sustainability. Reliable service, quick turnaround, and a team that really stands behind their work. I had a great experience with Quality Pallets. From the start their team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They provided high-quality pallets that were sturdy and exactly what we needed, and everything was delivered on time without any issues.
This place is a complete joke. Tried to sell about 200 pallets to them sent pictures to this guy like he requested and told me he’d call me right back and here we are seven hours later no response no callback not answering my phone calls anymore. this is how this business does business this is how they roll people anybody in the Omaha area.
