I called several times and they never answer their phones. I left two phone messages and my messages were never returned. My husband physically went over there because they didn’t answer their phones and asked them to call me and they still never called me. Poor customer service and they lost a sale as we are ready to install and they never called us back.
My rating reflects the false claim of service area on the company website saying they service my area (and past my area) on their website but then when trying to get a quote was told they don’t service my area. Complete waste of my time waiting days for a response to my email since no one would answer the phone. The email I received stated “Good morning Mr. Ford. Thank you for emailing me back.
