Glasses lasted me almost a year until I broke them on my own accord. Great customer service. Quick and very very simple with correct lens prescription.
We went into Quality today with glasses that had been sat on and torqued. They took them immediately and straightened them perfectly. Very good experience.
I went to Delia with a prescription to have long distance glasses with anti glare. I went 2 weeks after I put the order in . I took the glasses and tried them in night vision and to my surprise they Didn’t work by deleting the glare. I called and told them that the glasses didn’t work. I asked for my $75 back but they refused to do so. My advice DO NOT go there. It’s a shady business and don’t trust them. I will make sure they will lose IEHP AND MIDICARE BUSINESS
I have been a long time customer and people who took over for Al are horrible. No customer service, glasses we got have been poor quality. You try and call and let them know but all you get is bad service, lost my business and will never recommend them. If I could give them a negative number I would have.
