You send that a email and they said they get back to you within two business days I've been waiting almost 2 weeks and never heard nothing you can't get to him on the phone can't get too much email and they show me a phone with a year warranty that was Sprint knowing they were going to change over to T-Mobile and they told me since I had that year that they would send me the same phone on your T-Mobile well I haven't been able to talk to someone for well over a month not counting did I paid more than double for the phone tha... read more

If you want to feel confident and supported when spending $$, DO NOT use Quality One Wireless. They never answer phones. Literally. And their message doesn't TELL you this -- it just loops on and on, telling you they'll be right there, and then disconnects after about 20 minutes Steve will answer an email, but he picks and chooses which of your questions he'll answer. BEWARE of this Clown Outfit... Bought a phone and not long after the phone rebooted itself every 15 minutes. Long story short; they have sent me four different replacement phones. All have been rooted and something wrong with them. They will throw something together and hope the customer never picks up on the issues. No B.S, if you are in the market for a phone, pass these IDIOTS by...

I bought an I-Phone 6s Plus and it was shipped on time and I really loved the phone! I definitely would recommend Quality One Wireless if you need a good phone at a reasonable cost. :)

Customer Service with this company is TERRIBLE! Do not buy from them! Purchased a phone in December that did not work properly. Returned for a replacement. Took over a month to receive replacement. Replacement phone didn't work properly. Tried calling and emailing to get an RMA # to return it. Took weeks to get an RMA. Finally spoke to someone at the company that agreed to let me ship it back but wouldn't grant a refund unless they found something wrong with the phone because I was a few days outside of the refund window (wh... read more

I received a defective phone from Quality One Wireless. Not only did I have difficulty getting an adequate response; but when I did get the response it was unacceptable. The phone was purchased through Smart Pay and I was given the runaround. One would refer me to Smart Pay and the other would refer me to Quality One. It was extremely frustrating.
