Honest/Integrity... I called Jon for a quote on some work and he asked for some pictures before I took the car in. He took a look and called me back - "I can''t help you with these..." He could have easily said "yea I can try to get them fixed" and then charge me for it. Instead his INTEGRITY and HONESTY took over to tell me the truth. (remember those words used to mean something?) If this says anything to me, I would use his company in a heartbeat. Mark G.
