Earlier this week my MacBook abruptly stopped working. As a Grad student, you can imagine how panicked I was. Luckily, I didn’t have to make the dreaded trip to LR and was able to find an Apple certified provider right here in Searcy! Chris at Quality Office, Inc. absolutely SAVED me this week. Quality Office is amazing! We walked in after the guy at AT&T referred us there. Chris was wonderful. He was very courteous and saved the day. We were sure our phone was not repairable. Within minutes the phone was back up and working! I would highly recommend Quality Office. Thank You for your help.
I do not recommend, my advice is stay away from this very questionable "service provider". They don't do exchanges (at all) on new apple devices or repairs, guy working told me they ship it out. They are basically a middle-man and will look for any reason possible to charge you for repairs (including manufacturing reasons) - even if the device is brand new out of the box and you have apple care, all the available warranties. Save yourself the time and seriously - money, and just take your device straight to the apple store. ... read more
