I had a massage scheduled for Friday morning and took the day off for it. When I arrived, the business was closed with no notice and no one answered the phone. After calling from a different number, someone finally picked up and told me my reservation didn’t exist and they couldn’t find my gift card, even though I provided it when booking. I’m now out the money and received no massage. Very unprofessional, I would be cautious booking here.
The whole experience with Brittany was exactly what my body needed — the peaceful room, relaxing atmosphere, and her calming presence all came together for a truly restorative session.
Natalie is the best masseuse I’ve ever had. Highly recommend the 90 minute massage monthly “plan” 💆♀️
