la peor clínica no no me gusta como te tratan
Don't leave mental health patients hanging. Had an appointment last Wednesday and haven't heard anything from anybody. I've left messages and I have heard from no one. This is NOT conducive to my mental health.😔🤬🤬🤬
I went to Gadsden quality of life for 3 years. I changed doctors nearly a year ago. I never was seen by one doctor the whole time I went. The CRNP is very knowledgeable. The last year I had insurance through my employer. I ALWAYS paid my copay. On 6/15/20 almost a year after I had an appt I was charged four charges through my bank acct $35,$35,$35,&$25 as a preauthorized debit for no reason? I called qol to find out why this occurred. I would normally recommend Quality of life to other people. I don't know if its all branches, but I just go to the one in Cullman Alabama, and ever since they hired Dr. Cole, I always get the feeling that he doesn't care about his patients, and I'm not sure if half of the receptionists even know how to do their jobs properly. Their is a few of the nurses that I actually like though. So want to do something to make me change my review? Refill my seizure medication. Friendly staff and thorough providers. They handle almost everything- medical, dental, vision, etc. and they even have pharmacies!
this place is a complete joke. 3 hours and still haven't seen a doctor and I was early for my appointment
