This was our first time using Quality Neon and we’re very pleased! Yang did an excellent job repairing a sign we had bought. Definitely recommend and will use him again!!
What a ripoff!! I called them to ask if they change out Fluorescent lightbulbs. Yang told me there would be an 85$ diagnostic fee which would be waived if I agree to all work. Totally understandable. He came out the following day, switched out 2 4ft bulbs on my outdoor sign which could be reached with a ladder as opposed to the boom. He was there less than 30 minutes and charged me $300.00!!!!! THAT IS HIGHWAY ROBBERY!! He stated he even removed the $85 diagnostic fee. I was still charged $75.00 for “travel time charge” as w... read more
