Called the shop looking at installing a flowmaster muffler (supplied my own parts). quoted me a price stood by his price even tho he didnt know it was single in duel out exhaust. He said he could do it if i made it there by 5pm Showed up 15 minuets early. Had my tuck on rack by 5 done 35 40 minuets. I brought my own clamps thinking he would use them. he didnt use my clamps and welded my exhaust in. He stated he only welded never used clamps. I love the guys over there. they can fix dang near anything, Cadillac, Audi, Mercedes. I have brought them things that others turn down and they fix it and at a very fair price!!!
Fast, honest and low priced!!! I went in thinking I need a $1500 exhaust system and left with a $100 muffler. Amazingly nice technician!
I've been going to the crystal lake location for a handful of years. I Really like the upfront discussions about what needs to be worked on. also they have good attitudes and take time to explain. This is important to me with my families auto repairs. My college kids are behind the wheel.
