Ordered a small vacuum cleaner part for $6.50 plus shipping on 11/19. Got tracking number quickly, but item never shipped. Refunded $5.06 of shipping 12/3. Opened dispute with credit card firm for remaining $6.50 on 12/11 after no further communication and no item. Terrible communication. Very defensive on phone. I'm sure they will say they have no record of me as a customer, as they say about others, but that's a lie. I have the credit card receipts AND email communications from them to prove it. Best customer service I’ve had in a while. A cap on my Mytee extractor was cracked, I called the company, not only did they send me a new one immediately, he called a week later to make sure I received it.
I would give zero stars if I could. The owner of this company is very unprofessional and immature. He has even taken money- then refused to take calls and meetings with those same companies. DO NOT make the same unfortunate mistake. Look elsewhere for your business!
