*********** moved us from a rental to a newly constructed house in two stages this spring. They were highly competent, careful, and very professional...and of great value. Then, shortly afterward, a physical injury meant I could no longer handle the removal of contents from our offsite storage locker. Tito saved us: he found a way to fit us into a very busy, end-of-month schedule. We highly recommend Quality Moving!
It figures they are NOT BBB accredited. On the day of our move, they didn't want to do the work and refused to move us and just left, leaving us in a horrible predicament!NEVER EVER USE QUALITY MOVERS - THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!!!

I have been in contact with this gentleman numerous times. I spoke with him on the phone and ask him if he needed help packing. He told me no everything will be packed except the paintings. I told him I would take picture cartons to pack the pictures. When I got to his house on the day of the move not everything was packed. I told him that it was going to take us all day to pack. I used Tito's Quality moving last year to move my Mom into an assisted living home in Kerrville. I was in from out of state and Tito was able to help us right away. Tito and his workers took great care in moving my Mothers furniture and personal belongings into Brookdale. Then 4 months ago my mom moved from Texas to Ohio to be closer to us. Again I called Tito and he was more than helpful in figuring out how to move my mom's belongings to Ohio using U haul's U boxes.
