I previously had done a refinance with this company and went relatively normal. I then went back to them again to refinance and we discussed a plan to create future business. None of the things we discussed came to pass and I ended up in a worse situation than what it was before we moved forward with the refinance. I have called many times with no return phone calls and have had to fix the situation on my own. The more I try to correct the situation the more things I find that were done unethically.
