Carlos seemed like a nice guy and informative in the beginning. Gave me a quote for 1600 dollars to cut out a 2x2 section in my downstairs bathroom and replace with new drywall, patch and resurface. He brought this hep-a filter machine to run in my residence for 2 days and spray this solution that I believe didn't do much.
