Finally after two years I'm able to change my rating! I will never tell people to go here for their homes or to buy a live oak home! We've had nothing but problems with both places. Quality doesn't keep their word and the people they hire should not be working on homes. The people who setup my home hit it with something and broke the window on thw side of the house and then backed into my house with somethinf else and tore the siding. I wouldn’t go anywhere else when shopping for a home. I was new to the whole home buying game, and very frustrated after visiting another very large Mobile Home Company in Maclenny (the other place was rude and treated me like my business was not very important to them). The process began with a decent start with the paperwork, approval and land that was purchased to place the home. Each step of the process, I was supposed to be informed and on site for placement of well, septic and home to make sure everything went as planned. keep hanging up instead of answering the phone or letting it go to voicemail. I was trying to be a customer. LOL. Wow! Drove to Yulee nothing there, figured I would wait to drive to Normandy and call to see if the business is closed but it says its not, so why no voicemail? Why hangup on the potential customer?
Me and my wife contacted Samantha earlier this year to look for a home. Not only did She remain in contact as our life got busy she easily answered all of our questions very quickly and effectively. Even when there was a zoning issue which prevented us from going with one model they had but the entire team worked tirelessly to find a solution and from start to finish provided superior service they truly went above and beyond for our family.
