Conducted a pre-sale inspection for me on a vehicle since I live 7 hours away. Extremely thorough and professional. Tech was very detailed in his report, highly recommend! They saved me 6k and a 7 hour trip on a vehicle that showed very well but had some hidden issues!
They did an excellent job working on my sister and her husband’s Motorhome and Infiniti sedan. Repairs have been effective and they did it in a timely manner. They recommend them, and would definitely go to them again for their repairs. (Quality Mobile Auto Repair went out of their way to help my family. Even calling on a friend of theirs to install a new, much needed roof air conditioner, a service they don’t even offer, but provided.)
I never write reviews but was compelled to do so this time due to the exceptional service from QMAR. Called in the morning with a brake issue. They immediately sent Tanner out a few hours later, who proceeded to not only diagnose my issue but also didn't upsell me on my front brakes (which still had some life left in them). Resolved my issue quickly and got me back on the road--and at an incredibly fair price. QMAR will be my first call in the future for any work I need done.
I would recommend Quality Mobile Auto Repair for your automobile repair needs! They took care of my son's vehicle and now he's back on the road! They were quick, knowledgeable, and had great customer service! If your vehicle doesn't feel good bring it to Quality!
I originally had work done by Tony and QMAR in 2015 when I had a brake issue that multiple other shops failed to diagnose. They determined that other shops had installed the master cylinder wrong. They did the repair for diagnostic fees and shop supplies. Very honest and fair! Recently my niece living in Clayton had the family van oveeheat in Raleigh.
