They did an excellent job working on my sister and her husband’s Motorhome and Infiniti sedan. Repairs have been effective and they did it in a timely manner. They recommend them, and would definitely go to them again for their repairs. (Quality Mobile Auto Repair went out of their way to help my family. Even calling on a friend of theirs to install a new, much needed roof air conditioner, a service they don’t even offer, but provided.)
I originally had work done by Tony and QMAR in 2015 when I had a brake issue that multiple other shops failed to diagnose. They determined that other shops had installed the master cylinder wrong. They did the repair for diagnostic fees and shop supplies. Very honest and fair! Recently my niece living in Clayton had the family van oveeheat in Raleigh. Tony was extremely kind, professional and helpful. Tanner was very knowledgeable, kind, quick, extremely efficient and helpful. It was pouring rain and Tanner continued to work on getting my car up and running. Highly recommend and will use them again in a heartbeat.
Very professional and quick! Explained everything to me and even helped explore options for how we could fix my problem. Put a whole compressor in and fixed my AC in one day. Very good service and kind people, we will be coming back!
I have never met such compassionate mechanics. Tony and Tanner were able to help me with a major headlight issue by providing alternative solutions that saved me over $800. They took the time to understand what was going on, and I never felt rushed or judged for not knowing exactly what was going on while explaining the issue.
