Tony was extremely kind, professional and helpful. Tanner was very knowledgeable, kind, quick, extremely efficient and helpful. It was pouring rain and Tanner continued to work on getting my car up and running. Highly recommend and will use them again in a heartbeat.
These guys are awesome. I highly recommend. My alternator went out on my 2016 Ford F150 and I didn't have the time to swap it out myself. I was backed up with meetings and needed my truck ASAP. I called around and these guys were ready to come the same day and work on my truck. James came by and swapped out the part in about an hour. Payment was fast and easy. My truck is running great now, and I'm back in business. Thanks Tony, and James.
Super grateful for the thorough, affordable and high quality service! I had an issue with my transmission on a weekend, which would’ve taken much longer to get fixed elsewhere if not for QMAR’s onsite diagnosis and fast turnaround. Everyone at Quality Mobile Auto Repair really goes above and beyond. The techs are very knowledgeable, kind, and always explains everything so there’s no misunderstandings. As a female who gets nervous of being taken advantage of with mechanics/vehicle issues, I’d definitely recommend.
I highly suggest you don’t waste your time on this place. Find another mechanic. Tony had my car for over 30 days without so much as an estimate. Throughout this 30 plus days, he stopped answering my calls. I had to call from numbers he didn’t recognize so he’d answer my call. He never even fixed my car, I had to have it towed to a competent mechanic. Tony told me I owed nothing because he did nothing.. but when the new mechanics tow guy arrived, Tony told him I owed $50.
