Thank you Tanner and team!! Our Acura RDX had a flat in our driveway. I called, they asked what the issue was and collected some information. Two hours later, Tanner was at our door. He was prompt, friendly, professional, and made quick work of our tire change. He brought a new tire to replace it with, and explained everything we needed to know. My car wouldn’t start, I always do repairs myself, but the symptoms pointed to an electrical issue. Beyond checking the fuses and visually inspecting wires, I don’t even know where to start with that stuff, so I called these guys for their mobile mechanic services. The good: These gentlemen are professional, have good prices, and will definitely help you in a pinch if you’re stranded. The only good thing I can say is they let me make payments on my repairs because the cost was so high and he didn’t charge me a daily lot fee. They do well on basic repairs but it often seems when you get your vehicle back from them it’s more problems that what it seems like. I have never met such compassionate mechanics. Tony and Tanner were able to help me with a major headlight issue by providing alternative solutions that saved me over $800. They took the time to understand what was going on, and I never felt rushed or judged for not knowing exactly what was going on while explaining the issue.
