Friendly staff and a very clean, comfortable waiting area! They even had a few seats outside which gave me and my kids some fresh air while we waited for my service appt to be completed. There are closer partnered dealerships to my home, but I definitely prefer coming out to Quality Mitsubishi because I know I’m going to have a stress-free experience.

Tried saying I needed back breaks and front tiers put on two months ago to be inspected so I did exactly what they asked me todo. I go back today for an oil change and to have my car Inspected and now there trying to say I need body work done before they can do so. You guys lost my service and it doesn’t hurt my feeling I know what my car looked like before I dropped it off last night.
