Called 911 because my grandma is having a very hard time breathing and hurting, quality came they were very rude, commanding of her during her time of pain, and it goes on.
Quality Transport should change their name to Unreliable Transport. Not my first experience with this company arriving 2 hours late. Little concern for the difficulty such tardiness creates for the family and patient. Very disappointed.
Look, we all know you can do 100 things right but the one time you're not at 100% that's all people remember. I had an issue with Quality Medical and to their credit the operations manager got back to me ASAP, was completely up front and honest, and made things right. I'm going to continue to rely on them because they were very conscientious with their service, and when things did not go exactly as intended they stepped up and did the right thing. Honesty counts for a lot.
