Called to have a shower valve and main shut-off valve replaced. Sent photos to confirm the building’s water needed to be shut off, which they agreed. Scheduled the job for first thing in the morning and coordinated with the city to cut the water to the 4-unit building. Quality Mechanical never showed, despite multiple texts and promises throughout the day, while the entire building was without water.
