Nick was the service tech QMS sent my way, and I could not be happier. Not only professional, but courteous and happy to explain what had gone wrong and what was done to correct it. It turns out the problem was complex, but Nick stuck at it until he found the resolution. A different company had already attempted repairs a total of 5 times, once with 4 guys at the same time working on it.
