The worst. One star for Kevin , he's a nice guy and hard worker, no stars for his boss Dave Jett. We hired Jett August 2024 to plumb a single bathroom and move washer. He said he could begin immediately, and time was important to us. One year later he did not complete work, left bathroom a mess, won't answer calls, billed us over $8000. We hired another plumber who fixed incorrect work and finish the job. Do not hire this incompetent, dishonest so called plumber that doesn't work.
Recently, the organization that I am part of had a water heater failure and finding a plumber to replace it on short notice was challenging. We made contact with David Jett and although his company did not replace the water heater he responded and offered his assistance over the phone which was greatly appreciated.
Never returned my call for service on my furnance, which was not heating. Will never call him again.
