Dealer service really is never as good as an independent shop but they did a great job fixing my Mazda's AC. They kept me updated and helped me with a ride to work. I would hope they talk to that one employee about vaping inside the service checkout/parts area. That's really unprofessional.
bought my car here and have been taking it for regular oil changes for 4 years now. They never give my dad problems but always give me problems about bringing my own oil in. most recently, the regular tall, little hair, older-looking service worker tried to tell me mazda only lets conventional oil in their cars and not synthetic, so he refused the oil i brought in. I have taken my Mazda to this location since I bought it, and although there has always been a wait, the service has always been SUPERB! Squid was always there in the mornings, and HE IS GREAT. The service staff has always been as fast as possible and immensely professional. This time was a different experience. I scheduled a 7 am appointment 2-3 weeks prior in the hopes my early timing would expedite my visit. I arrived 10 minutes early expecting to wait outside until 7 until the shop opened.
