Except for a couple minor things, I've taken my Mazda to Quality for all it's service. Recently, I had a much bigger repair that needed to be done because my car wouldn't start. Although the wait was a couple of weeks, Quality took care of me. I was provided a loaner and they kept in touch during the whole repair process. They did a superb job and I'll always recommend their service team! Thank you!
Quick, efficient, friendly
I scheduled an oil change online two weeks in advance and arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, only to be told they had taken too many walk-ins and could not service my vehicle. When I asked to reschedule, I was told it would be “best to just walk in” because they don’t really schedule for small services, and that if I did reschedule, I should call ahead to see if they could still get me in.
