This is the 3rd time i have purchased a matress from this place , the first 2 experiences went very well. This time after a couple months the material was pulling off the mattress so i decided to go to the store with pictures of the mattress, well this manager or whoever she was , was not the people i delt with before. My father in law (85 yrs old) with health issues purchased an electric bed here for just over $2000 in Sept 2021. Less than a year later the remote quit working. Contacted the store, (that he gave his money to), and was referred to a warranty company for the manufacturer. Blah blah blah.. long story short, 3/8/2023 still no remote, still no solution and still no help from this store that took his money! If they had - stars I would give you -10!!

My daughter and I had a great experience here. The employees are very knowledgeable. They explained the different mattresses in great detail, making the purchase much easier. My daughter is very happy with her new mattress!
