Called the company and talked to them about coming out and putting our awning back on after wind took it off the camper. Brandi was very nice and scheduled Jeremy to come out that next Friday. He came out earlier than expected ( which is great) i missed the call to let me know. He was very knowledgeable and worked hard to get it put back on. I got to know him and about his family, amazing family at that. I would 100% recommend him to anyone. Very affordable pricing also. Thank you to Quality Matters RV Repair. Great job!!!
Jeremy is not your average RV repair tech. First and foremost he cares about the quality of his work. But most importantly he is highly skilled, intelligent and capable. I am an engineer who knows talent. Jeremy fixed multiple failures and mistakes/repairs by supposed licenced professionals. In addition replaced a slide out motor that was in a super hard to maintain location. He is not fearful of the new technology and able to quickly adapt and maintain various computer/touch screen systems. Nice to know this type of quality... read more
We had an issue with our bedroom slide and called them. They were on vacation at Disney and Brandy returned our call in less than 5 minutes. Jeremy came to us ( on a Sunday) right after they returned. He was great. Our slide has a major issue that will need to be removed and Jeremy fixed it so we can still use it until we get back north. He explained everything to us along with pictures. I would highly recommend this company for any Rv repairs. Very reasonable and honest!
