We purchased a Moduline home together with my son's family from Quality Manufactured Homes in 2022 and dealt with Stacey Bille as our sales and service contact. Things went well initially but then nothing but issues. The price increased without notice and things just did not go smoothly. Hey everyone , I most definitely would not refer anyone to Quality Homes , my mom is an Elder who is 82 years old and worked all her life. She purchased a modular home from them and asked for it to be customized. My mom wanted a walk in shower in the master room as it is hard for her to get in and out of the tub. They did not put a walk in shower in her bathroom , she supposed to get a pantry which she never received and dents and scuffs that needed to be fixed. It’s been over a year since our home was delivered and paid for.. and it’s been over a year of us calling quality homes basically every other week just for them to constantly leave us hanging and failing to come fix the things that were originally never done correctly. Like a missing cabinet in the kitchen. The home has still not been completed to the design plans or to the standards that we were told quality home provided.
