Quality should not be in this company's name - it is sneaky and misleading, and im starting to wonder if this is a scam 🤔. I wasn't expecting to be apart of the customers who have had a horrible experience. I thought the other Google reviews couldn't be true, but alas, here I am too. I do not recommend purchasing a home from Quality Homes. Their homes may appear "pretty" but they are fully of defects that will only appear after you've signed off on the inspection and delivery. We purchased a Moduline home together with my son's family from Quality Manufactured Homes in 2022 and dealt with Stacey Bille as our sales and service contact. Things went well initially but then nothing but issues. The price increased without notice and things just did not go smoothly. The house was installed, and the guys were pretty good but there were deficiencies that were noted right off the bat. Most things were fixed but it was almost impossible to get hold of her. Hey everyone , I most definitely would not refer anyone to Quality Homes , my mom is an Elder who is 82 years old and worked all her life. She purchased a modular home from them and asked for it to be customized. My mom wanted a walk in shower in the master room as it is hard for her to get in and out of the tub. They did not put a walk in shower in her bathroom , she supposed to get a pantry which she never received and dents and scuffs that needed to be fixed.
