Quality should not be in this company's name - it is sneaky and misleading, and im starting to wonder if this is a scam 🤔. I wasn't expecting to be apart of the customers who have had a horrible experience. I thought the other Google reviews couldn't be true, but alas, here I am too. I do not recommend purchasing a home from Quality Homes. Their homes may appear "pretty" but they are fully of defects that will only appear after you've signed off on the inspection and delivery. We purchased a Moduline home together with my son's family from Quality Manufactured Homes in 2022 and dealt with Stacey Bille as our sales and service contact. Things went well initially but then nothing but issues. The price increased without notice and things just did not go smoothly. The house was installed, and the guys were pretty good but there were deficiencies that were noted right off the bat. Most things were fixed but it was almost impossible to get hold of her.
