I was highly dissatisfied by the level of unprofessionalism today by Quality Machine Company owner and shop manager who displayed profanity in the conversation that we were engaged into about some services that was not completed on my behalf. I just hope that they do not ask all customers not to call there shop anymore or hang up in their customers face as was done so to me.
