Had their technician come out to tell me what I already knew, the brakes on my lift truck weren’t working. I was billed 280$ when I was initially told 135$ for the estimate, even an environmental disposal fee of 10$, I never received an actual quote for the repairs. With hidden fees like these; be damned sure I will not hire them for any actual work. Quality Lift Truck Service did an amazing job. I have no experience in renting this kind of equipment (forklift to be specific) but Brian was able to walk me through all my options and give me the best price. Not only that but they had they were always eager to help me when I called on questions and their turnaround time was quick! They made the drop off and pick up of their equipment seamless.
