Working with Quality Lift Truck was an excellent experience! Brain was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and addressed all of our needs in a very timely manner. Additionally, pricing was great! Quality Lift Truck is our new go-to supplier for parts and service of our fork lift.
Had their technician come out to tell me what I already knew, the brakes on my lift truck weren’t working. I was billed 280$ when I was initially told 135$ for the estimate, even an environmental disposal fee of 10$, I never received an actual quote for the repairs. With hidden fees like these; be damned sure I will not hire them for any actual work.
