Worst agency I have worked with. Thia and Jaime do not care if no one shows up to your loved one’s home as scheduled. Will not notify you even when they know in advance an aide won’t show, leaving clients in dangerous situations. They act like they have the schedule covered but are always just putting out fires and letting staff show up over 2 hours later if at all (which they feel is appropriate). If you need someone on eastern Long Island that speaks English and shows up this is not the agency for you.
Thia nor anyone else ever returns my calls. I cannot find either an email address or a number to text. They have not sent aides when they said they would. Not happy, but I guess I have to deal with the treatment I've been getting 😒
