I absolutely loved my Psychiatrist and Therapist was the first therapist that I had ever truly opened up to. I am under a protection program from being a victime of a severe domestic violence crime. The number one person that I had an issue with in the office was the office manager. She apparently has more authority over the doctors or the doctor took advantage of the benefits of recommending I come in once a week along with me seeing the therapist once a week. Yes the lobby is clean. However there are no magazines or anything for my 9 year old to look at. My 920 appointment which I was on time for, was taken by someone who had an earlier appointment? I am never greeted with a smile and I am never acknowledged by a receptionist, even though they can see you walk up, until I knock on the reception window, and then yesterday I got, I will be with you in a minute. Mental health is just as important as physical health, this medical group is only interested in profit not wellness. They think nothing of refusing service to people who need it.

PLEASE beware of this office. They are out for your money and not your children's health. They ran our insurance, we were told that we were yes indeed covered, and cleared to book an appointment with Dr. Kotomori, several months in advance. Upon showing up to the appointment, they then said that our insurance was actually out of network and not covered- but that they could see our son that day if we paid $350.00 out of pocket. So, they lied over the phone to get us in there, then tried to scam our family out of $350.00. When... read more

Does this psychologist promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Does the provider's staff maintain a professional appearance? Definitely yes Was the psychologist friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Would you refer this psychologist to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Does this psychologist give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!
