This company regularly violates the local noise ordinance by using a loud blower prior to 7:00 AM and waking up residents in the nearby apartments in the Cathedral district downtown. This is when he's working for the Cathedral Day School on the corner of Duval and Market Street. When confronted, he refused to stop violating the law, leading me to file a police report, report him to the Cathedral Day School, and file a noise complaint with the city's code enforcement office. Highly recommend Joe’s services. He’s professional, considerate, and really good at what he does. Whether it’s cleaning or lawn work, he always delivers solid results and even follows up with updates and photos when he’s done. Very fair pricing too.
