To even call this company a business is joke. It is nothing other than a scam, taking money from one victim then another. I signed a contract with Quality Landscaping, Pools and Hardscapes/owner-operator Danny Fredrick, in August 2021 to install an inground pool and patio. I was told the project would be complete by May 22. The company's website claims they have "seasoned professionals with knowledge,skills and experience". I can tell you that this is not the case. This business also goes by Quality Landscaping, Pools and Hardscapes and currently has an address at Hawthorne Lane, Nicholasville, KY. Beware: in June, 2022, his attorney informed us that Mr. Frederick is planning to file bankruptcy “as soon as he can scrape tefunds together.” we contracted with Danny Frederick to complete a pool and patio in September, 2020. So it has been a month today since we last had any communication. In retort to the contractors reply, the "settling issue" was a 4'x4' pit that was not put in correctly. the base under the pavers literally ended up in my neighbors flower garden. There are other settling issues as the patio resembles the rolling hills of the Appalachian Mountains. The stone work around the side of the pool as well as the stairs have also since began to fail. Unprofessional and incompetent, buyer beware, do not use this company!

customer has some settling issues after a year and has been told they will be fixed even though out of normal range of warranty. out of 4-500 sft of modular paving approx 10 -20sft have settling . customer has been made aware of us being short staffed and that we will be there ASAP to take care of the issue. not sure what unprofessional and incompetent about that.
"Nightmare Project" Let me start by saying I used Danny (the owner) and his company (Quality Landscaping) several years ago to build a paver stone patio and was very pleased with their quality and Danny did everything he said he would do.
