An absolute nightmare to deal with. They are a service provider for Wolf appliances and I am shocked a company like Wolf would have them as their service provider. The guy who came to install our replacement microwave was extremely rude and obnoxious. He was in a hurry to get the job done without any regard that he was causing an inconvenience to us and was also going to damage the floors in our house. A Quality Kitchens truck came barreling into my neighborhood today, and almost hit my neighbor pulling out of his driveway. Looking at other reviews, it seems this is a pattern.
I purchased a new kitchenaid range from Best Buy. It was delivered and installed the first time by Quality Kitchens. John and his crew did an amazing job! Precise, informative, excellent service. Well the light oven wasn’t working so I told Best Buy I wanted a new stove. Brand new stove and oven light not working. Uggh. Second install with Phil and Trey - again same excellent service, super nice and knowledgeable! Great work Quality Kitchens!
Horrible and seem to be running a scam. Ordered an oven from Best Buy and they contracted with Quality Kitchens. They demanded $95 for a permit before they would install my oven. We reluctantly paid it. Quality Kitchens was supposed to send me a copy of the permit and someone was supposed to contact me to schedule an inspection. That never happened. I bought a new Whirlpool dishwasher from Best Buy had it delivered and installed by their tech Richard. He was extremely professional, respectful and courteous. He was very knowledgeable of the product and gave us lots of great info and suggestions.
