Horrible and seem to be running a scam. Ordered an oven from Best Buy and they contracted with Quality Kitchens. They demanded $95 for a permit before they would install my oven. We reluctantly paid it. Quality Kitchens was supposed to send me a copy of the permit and someone was supposed to contact me to schedule an inspection. That never happened. I bought a new Whirlpool dishwasher from Best Buy had it delivered and installed by their tech Richard. He was extremely professional, respectful and courteous. He was very knowledgeable of the product and gave us lots of great info and suggestions.
Scammers. BB subcontractors who tried high pressure upsell on dishwasher install. Replacing existing unit and they said we had to pay an additional $230 to run “a longer line” for the water and electrical plug. This is above the $190 already paid to BB for the install. Old dishwasher had standard length for all. Installers said we had to make an immediate decision as they couldn’t discuss. Disclaimer: I did not get any services from this company. This review is for one of their truck drivers who was recklessly driving. The driver repeatedly cut off a bunch of cars (myself included) and did not use any signals. I called the company directly to report this but did not feel confident the clerk was going to do anything about it.
