We had Quality come out to fix a problem. Tommy did a great job and was very professional.
DO NOT WORK WITH QUALITY IRRIGATION!!! They caused a major flood in our basement and are refusing to work with us in a timely manner to resolve this issue. I had multiple managers come to my home and tell me they are responsible for this issue (told me to my face) but now that Bryce (General Manager) is back from vacation, he is trying to skirt responsibility and tell me they are not responsible for this issue. I've been in my house for 4 years and I've been starting and stopping my sprinkler system on my own for the most part. I needed someone to come out and give me a top to bottom assessment of my system. Zach was extremely impressive. Justin did an outstanding job getting our sprinklers ready for the season! He was very thorough, knowledgeable, worked hard past quitting time to finish the job, and fixed issues that had been missed for 5 years with the company we used before Quality Irrigation.
Today, Fernando came by to turn on my sprinkler system. He was incredibly polite and professional throughout the visit. He took the time to thoroughly inspect every sprinkler head and rotor with great care. What stood out to me was his patience, deep knowledge, and humility.
