Never contacted me before showing up for attic insulation job before 8 am. Left a mess of insulation all over the rug on my stairs, the entry halls on ground floor and second floor, even outside my house. This firm is awful in its communication skills. Mark the manager especially, who loses his temper, falsely calls me a liar in the middle of multiple lies himself. Go with a small contractor, not this national disgrace of a company
Super friendly/professional attitudes. BUT, apartment is colder than before, when set at 70-72 degrees. If I go any higher it is sweltering hot. It has created drafts where there were none before. I thought insulation was supposed to help with drafts. I dust every day or sweep, and there is insulation coming into my apartment and can be picked up by dustmop or broom. Hard to believe I now have to breathe this stuff in for the rest of my life
Very very useless!! No insight on even how to locate my money!! They are No help what so ever!! I can't see how they're still in business. Pathetic excuse for a company!!
