Hired this company to install insulation in my 1500' garage. The batt installation was subpar with gaps in the insulation, etc. I repaired the batts myself. The middle portion of the ceiling was blown in over a finished ceiling which is boards with some minor gaps. I spoke to the installer that was doing the batts in the walls about the need for a vapor barrier in the blown area prior to installing the insulation. The installers went way above and beyond! Best ever! We had a complex awning that appeared to need a simple gutter surrounding it but there is a non standard drain area and the installers made the call to cut back some of the framing and add to the existing build. Their solution is way better than anything we would have come up with when building it and they did this as the day was ending and they have families to get home to! Homeowner Beware... This company "Quality Building Products/Gutter-Hood" of Fredericksburg, VA is definitely one to look out for when considering Gutter Guards for your home. Two years ago this company sold me their product and installed the gutter-hoods on my home. Unfortunately, they ran out of material and could not finish the installation of the product I paid for. Very rarely do I give a recommendation of one star to any company, regardless of how poorly they performed the job. This is an exception!! Please do not utilize these folks to do any work on your fireplace. They actually installed a fireplace for us and we burned wood all winter long in a very unsafe and dangerous situation which they refuse to acknowledge and fix. As I stated before please do not use this business!! They are very unprofessional and we are very lucky to still be alive and to have not not had a fire in our ho... read more

After numerous phone calls to get ****** to offer a bid on my project, he finally came out and offered a proposal. I accepted. I waited and left several messages with the office and on his cell phone. This is over 2 months of waiting and not even the courtesy of a return phone call. I think NOT. If this is how you treat your customers (or worse, your potential customers) no thank you. My review is to MOVE along to another company and save yourself the headache!!
