I had an extremely poor experience with Quality Insulation during the construction of my new home. My general contractor hired this company to install spray foam insulation in the house and roof. Once the work was completed, I observed that the roof shingles appeared compromised with visible bubbling. I immediately notified my general contractor, who then notified Quality Insulation, and I hired an independent inspector. The inspector confirmed the roof was compromised and required replacement. We had a good experience with using Quality Insulation up until yesterday… when the insulators came to finish the attic, they left the worst mess I’ve seen on a job site in years! When we called to voice our concerns, they said they’d send someone out to clean up… but they didn’t. They left dust all over EVERYTHING, piles of insulation materials in every room upstairs, got insulation all over freshly painted trim, and they ripped a piece of trim off the ceiling. Absolutely horrible service. Salesman took over a week to call back and then was late to the appointment. Took over and week and multiple phone calls to the office to finally get a TEXT ONLY says " we cannot do this job at this time". Inside sales and manager didnt follow thru with call back phones either. Don't waster your time

Starting with Gene in sales, through Jason in installation and the teams that supported them we are very pleased. We build a new house and their coordination, flexibility and installation of foam, battens and blow-in was outstanding. Thank you Quality.
