He caused damage to my drywall and A/C unit, and when I brought it up, he refused to take responsibility or offer a solution. We had an excellent experience with Chris and his crew at Quality Insulation. Chris was very patient with all of our questions and provided a detailed scope of the work to be performed at a price that was very competitive. His crew was punctual, efficient and extremely careful with our house and furniture as they worked on removing the old insulation in our attic, sealing fixtures before adding in the new insulation. Cannot recommend them highly enough! Fair pricing, super clean, great communication, and my house feels immediately 10x's better. We have a split level and got two attic spaces done all in one day. Not only should you book them but buy them lunch while they're working. They deserve it for the quality work and how well they care for your house.
The company deserves 1000 stars l. Chris came and gave a well thorough inspection and estimate of my actic. Had my concerns and expectations, I had several other companies come and give quotes for double the price. Especially ORKIN. Orkin tried to use care tactics to sign contract without any explanation.
