Matt of Quality Insulation came and fixed our fireplace! He was thorough and professional and was able to fix our issue quickly. He explained each part of the fireplace and what it's purpose was. We had previously had this fireplace installed by a modular company and it was done incorrectly, therefore, it wasn't working properly.
