The hotel is a little run down. Damaged carpet in the hallways, obvious patches/repairs in the room. My room was clean though. It's more old, not dirty. Breakfast was okay. Typical of a continental breakfast; eggs, waffles, cold cereal, etc. Front desk staff was nice. Not a hotel that you really want to hang out in, but it's a convenient location for Zion Park and it felt safe and reasonably clean.
It has seen a better day. Shower has no curtain the water got everywhere. Even though I booked a room with 2 beds, but was given a room with 1 bed. The reception desk close at 9 p.m. so make sure you get there before that.
Service was unfriendly and room/bath substandard. No flexibility to cancel a second night.
Das Hotel zu dem Preis ist eine Frechheit. Warum das 3 Sterne verdient kann ich nicht nachvollziehen eher -3 wäre da angebracht. Das Zimmer stinkt brutal selbst die Bettlaken haben den Geruch angenommen. Die Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen um dem Gestank entgegenzuwirken. Jedes Motel ist besser wie diese Hölle. Ich war froh beim Check out endlich dort weg zu sein. Haben auf unserer Reise eigentlich echt immer gute Hotel gehabt aber das war wirklich unverschämt. Der Preis ist null vertretbar.
