The room that we had was alright. It had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and warm. Decaf tea was in the room so that was a pleasant surprise. However, the room itself was quite dated. The TV stand was broken so it was sitting lopsided. The AC made a lot of noise so we turned it off for our entire stay. There were some mystery stains on the chair. We arrived at around 11pm in the night of 12/18/25. This place felt like a horror movie right upon getting there: the parking lot empty while the more expensive hotel across the street FULL. At check in, the receptionist was totally unfriendly. Did not smile; did not welcome us and seemed to be bothered because I was trying to confirm the directions he had indicated about how to get to the room. A bit beat up and thread bare. Essential breakfast was fine--some usual items unavailable. VERY limited hot water--notified young clerk at desk when checking out and he was unconcerned about our cold showers. :-(
